Lada Pastushak

Lada Roma Pastushak hails from Richboro, Pennsylvania. In 2007, she completed her undergraduate degree at Rider University (Lawrenceville, NJ) in Political Science, Global Multinational Studies and History. In 2009, Lada earned her Master’s Degree in Central and Eastern European Politics, International Relations and History from La Salle University from which she also holds a Certificate in Security, Intelligence and Policy Analysis.

Over the years, Lada has been active within the Ukrainian-American community of Philadelphia and Washington DC, as well as in the realm of U.S.-Ukraine political relations. She a is board member of The Washington Group and the Ukrainian Federation of America, where she also acts as Projects Coordinator and Membership & Public Relations Committee member. On the cultural front, Lada has been a Director/Manager of the “Kalynon’ka’ Bandura Duet” for more than eight years and continues to perform throughout the East Coast. Additionally, she is a member of the Ukrainian Dance Ensembles “Voloshky” in Philadelphia and “Fantaziya” in DC. Lada was also a teacher at the Ukrainian Heritage School for six years.

Upon joining the USUBC executive team in 2009, Lada was charged with managing USUBC’s operations and spearheading its organizational growth & development.

Lada looks forward to fostering better U.S.-Ukraine economic and business relations and assisting the USUBC member companies in generating (through USUBC initiatives) value-added benefits for their shareholders, customers, employees, and American and Ukrainian societies at large.
