STEVE NADHERNY

Steven T. Nadherny is Director, Institutional Relations, CNH Industrial. He was appointed to his current position in March 2003. Previously, he was Manager, Government Affairs for CNH. Prior to November 1999, when Case Corporation and New Holland merged to become CNH, Nadherny was Manager, Government Affairs for Case, a position he held since August 1997. Nadherny is registered to lobby on growth and cost reduction issues at the federal level, concentrating on agricultural, construction, tax, and trade issues. His global responsibilities include representing and supporting CNH executives and country officers to achieve their respective operating strategies and business plans.

Before joining Case, Nadherny managed the Washington office of KRC Research & Consulting, and assisted the President in new business development. Before joining KRC, Nadherny served as Director of the National Business Coalition for the Republican National Committee in Washington, DC, where he was responsible for the creation and implementation of National Business Coalition for the Dole-Kemp ‘96 Campaign. Previously, Nadherny was the Program and Official Proceeding Schedule Manager for the 1996 Republican National Convention in San Diego, CA. Prior to working for the RNC, Nadherny was Manager of Government and Public Affairs for the Electric Generation Association, a national trade association in Washington, DC.

Nadherny is a graduate of George Mason University with a Masters in Business Administration and he received his BA from The George Washington University. Nadherny is a founding member of the GMU Executive MBA Council. He, his wife, Kathy, and his son, Jacob, reside in Arlington, VA.
