Alexei Kredisov, Managing Partner for EY in Ukraine, and Co-Chair of the Emerging Markets Center at EY Global, comments:
«Our work largely depends on country economy, and in the recent years we have been living through the challenging times. We had to adjust our business and our team to stay flexible in the new reality. We applied our expertise to help governmental bodies drive reforms, still plenty of work lays ahead until the country recovers from recession and investors’ trust in the Ukrainian economy is rebuilt. In the meanwhile, we look for the new growth opportunities and set up innovative services. We invest in our people to be ready for the economic growth and maintain market leadership. As example, 117 employees from Kyiv and Donetsk had chance to expand their experience in EY offices all over the world through the mobility programs».
The report was prepared by EY Ukraine Corporate Responsibility committee in accordance with the G4 Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) requirements and the UN Global Compact principles. Stakeholders’ survey was conducted to determine material issues of the report and 70 respondents took part, also stakeholders’ meeting was organized to discuss the draft version of the report.
